What is the filter used for?
The Multi filter prevents coarser dirt from entering the inside of the suction mechanism and clogging it. It is necessary to clean it regularly to ensure the suction power of the device.
How long does the filter last?
With good maintenance (regular washing) the filter will last the whole lifetime of your Gtech vacuum cleaner.
How to clean the filter?
The filter must first be removed from the inner cylinder. Then simply wash it out under running water. Then wring it out well to squeeze excess water out of the filter and shorten the drying time. Do not replace the filter until it is completely dry; at normal room temperature the drying time is approximately 24 hours.
What is the advantage of a replacement filter?
With an additional filter you can continue using your Gtech vacuum cleaner while your original filter is drying after washing/cleaning.
