General:
How much space does the AirRam K9 need?
The upper part of the stem can be pushed down, thus halving the space required. In addition, the entire stem can be separated from the head. When the device is not in use, it therefore requires very little space. When the upper part of the stem is lowered, the dimensions of the AirRam K9 are 853mm in height, 300mm in width and 260mm in length.
How long is the warranty period?

How powerful is the AirRam K9 , how many watts does it need?
Like all Gtech products, the AirRam K9 is extremely powerful and offers the same performance as conventional vacuum cleaners that are not cordless. The AirRam K9 needs 100 Watt.
How big is the container?
0.8 litres
Operation:
The brush does not rotate when the AirRam K9 is in operation.
Make sure that the brush is correctly inserted. Also make sure that the battery is charged and the brush is not blocked by hair.
The device is cumbersome to use.
This product weighs only 3.5 kg, making it one of the lightest cordless devices on the market. If you feel that it is difficult to use, make sure that the rotary brush and the front and rear wheels of the device are correctly inserted and not damaged.
Can the AirRam K9 be used in humid areas?
No, the AirRam K9 is only suitable for dry surfaces.
Battery:
How do I know if the battery is running low?
The battery of the AirRam K9 has a display that informs about the current status of the battery. So you always know how long you can still clean.
How do I charge the device?
The input for the charger is on the back of the battery (it is a round hole). The battery can also be removed for charging. The display shows the charging status.
Maintenance:
How can I pull the handle out of the lower part of the stem?
Press the small rectangular button on the back of the lower part of the handle with a pen. While the button is pressed, press the button that adjusts the height of the handle and pull out the upper part of the handle by the top handle.
My device looks like it has cracks in it. Is that normal?
Yes, but these are not cracks. The material used has a pearlescent surface that gives the product a unique shine.
My device does not vacuum properly.
Empty the container and try again. If the suction is still insufficient, remove the container and take out the filter from the side and clean it. Also check if the brush is blocked. The easiest way to do this is to remove the container and battery first.
The dirt container is damaged, can I replace it?
Yes, the dirt container can be replaced with a new one.
The AirRam K9 smells strangely.
This is because the filter is dirty. Clean the filter according to the instructions in the user manual or buy a replacement filter.
It is difficult to empty and replace the dirt container.
Use the slider to remove the dirt from the container and make sure that the slider is pushed back to its original position before the dirt container is replaced.
