Return Policy for Goods
If a product does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, please contact our customer service before initiating a return or sending the item back. You may return the goods at your own expense or bring them to us personally. The goods must be sent with all accessories in their original packaging, including the reference number provided by us, or dropped off at the showroom in Nidau. If the original packaging is missing, the device must be packed securely for transport.
Products that were available in our own warehouse at the time of ordering and are still in their intact original packaging can generally be returned. However, please understand that we may not be able to accept returns for products that were specially ordered for you, products that are not in perfect condition, or products with incomplete or damaged packaging, except with a handling fee.
Return Conditions
Unrestricted Return Policy - Return Possible
Current daily price (maximum the purchase price) minus transport costs
- Item is in unopened original packaging
- The purchase was made no more than 14 days ago
- Consumable items (replacement filters, batteries, etc.) are excluded from the return policy and cannot be returned.
Conditional Return Policy - Return Possible with 10% Deduction
10% deduction from the current daily price (maximum the purchase price) + deduction of transport costs
- Original packaging opened but undamaged
- Device is unused and shows no signs of wear
- All included accessories are complete
- The purchase was made no more than 14 days ago
Conditional Return Policy - Decision After Individual Inspection
At least 20% deduction from the current daily price + deduction for transport costs
- Original packaging available
- Device shows signs of use
- All included accessories are complete
- The purchase was made no more than 14 days ago
- Return is subject to inspection by our technicians and cannot be guaranteed
- The deduction amount will be determined after the inspection by our technicians
No Return Policy
- No original packaging available
- Missing accessories
- For already rendered services (e.g. repair orders)
- Opened consumable materials (e.g. filters)
- The purchase was made more than 14 days ago
