Shipping policy

Delivery

The ordered items are usually shipped via Swiss Post or a freight carrier.

As a general rule, delivery is made against prepayment. Shipping on account is only possible after a successful credit check. Shipping is free for orders with a value of CHF 49 or more. For orders below CHF 49, a small quantity surcharge of CHF 9 applies.

If the delivery deadline is not met, the buyer is entitled to set a reasonable grace period in writing (email or postal mail) with a notice of rejection and, after this period expires, to withdraw from the order. Exception: Custom-made products.

If the delivery delay is due to the inability of the manufacturer or our supplier, both ecofort ag and the buyer may withdraw from the order if the agreed delivery date is exceeded by more than 30 days.

Claims for damages due to delivery delays or impossibility or non-fulfillment of the contract, including those incurred up to the withdrawal from the order, are excluded unless a legal representative of ecofort ag has demonstrably acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
