In line with our claim to good customer service, all warranty services are provided by our in-house technical department. We are your only and direct contact person and do not refer you to third parties.
Procedure for warranty cases
Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing either a) via the contact form or b) by e-mail to us. Enter the affected order (order no.) And the affected product. Describe the problem and any action taken and, where appropriate, add photos.
After receiving your message our technicians will check the warranty claim and will contact you in a timely manner.
In order to repair and clarify the warranty claims, you must return the device including any accessories and, if possible, in the original packaging, giving details of the number received from the technical department, or return it to us. In accordance with our terms and conditions the shipping fee for the return is at the expense and risk of the customer. It's the customers obligation, to use either the original packaging, or suitable packaging that protects the unit that is being sent in. The shipping fee for returning the unit to the customer is at the expense of ecofort.
The warranty period is stated on the product page and is at least 2 years. The corresponding warranty period is noted on the invoice and the delivery note. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery. The invoice is considered a guarantee certificate.
Excluded from the warranty are damages due to changes or repairs by the customer, as a result of wear and tear, force majeure, as well as disregard of the operating instructions, improper handling or inadequate maintenance.
