Delivery information

We ship all products from our warehouse in Switzerland. Generally, all products are kept on stock and will be shipped by Swiss post within a day. You will receive a tracking number by E-Mail once the product has left the warehouse.

If a product is sold out, you will find the estimated day of delivery on the product page next to the shopping cart.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping if the shopping cart value is CHF 49.- or more. There is a shipping & handling fee of CHF 9.- for shopping carts lower than CHF 49.-

Next day delivery

We ship all products with PostPac Priority (Swiss Post). Any orders that we receive before 3 pm will be delivered the next day (except on weekends).
