Return policy
If a product does not meet your expectations and you wish to return the goods, we ask you to contact our customer service before sending any product back to us.
Products that were available on order in our own warehouse and are still in undamaged original packaging can usually be returned. However, please understand that we can no longer accept returns for products which we have ordered specially for you or products that are not in perfect condition or have incomplete or damaged packaging.
Refund when returning a product
Unlimited right to return - return possible
Current daily price (maximum purchase price) + deduction of transport costs.
- Item is in unopened original packaging
- Within 14 days of your order
- The right of return excludes consumables (replacement filters, batteries, etc.). These items can not be returned.
Conditional right of return - return with 10% deduction possible
10% deduction from the current daily price (maximum purchase price) + deduction of transport costs.
- Original packaging opened but undamaged
- All accessories that come with the product are in the box
- The product hasn't been used and has no signs of use
- Within 14 days of your order
Conditional right to return - decision after individual examination of the product
At least 20% deduction from the current daily price + deduction for transport costs.

- Device shows signs of wear
- Supplied accessories are completely available
- Within 14 days of your order
- A return takes place after examination by our technicians and can not be guaranteed
- The amount of the discount will be determined after the examination by our technicians
No refund
- No original packaging available
- Missing accessories
- For services already provided (eg repair orders)
- Open consumables (eg filters)
- In case of improper use of the product
- In case of poor maintenance / cleaning
- The purchase of the product is more than 14 days ago
